FAQ

Your party can be held anywhere.

Here are a few examples:

• Home (require a minimum space equivalent to the size of a hockey rink)
• *Local Park
• *Parking Lot
• Gymn/Arena
• Office

*If you are booking your party to have in a public place such as a park, parking lot, ect; it is your responsibility to get approval or permit from the City, Parks & Rec Dept, Municipality, Province,ect and ensure our services are permitted in that public place. We are happy to work with them to provide proof of insurance or any other additional documents they require. We serve all of Greater Moncton area and a radius of up to 25km outside the city and beyond for an additional fee.

Private Event Cancellation Policy

There is a 125$ +HST deposit for every private event booking made. Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund of your deposit. If bookings need to be re-scheduled, they must be done 3 days prior to the event. For outside venues, in the event of heavy rain/storm days; Atlantic Coast Mobile Lasertag will make a final decision the morning of the event day if the booking needs to be cancelled/re-scheduled and will refund the entire deposit if cancelled.

Public Event Cancellation Policy

The cost is 22$ +HST for every ticket purchase. Cancellations must be made 1 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund of your payment. Atlantic Coast Mobile Lasertag will make a final decision the morning of the event day if the public event needs to be cancelled due to extreme weather and will refund the entire paid amount if cancelled.

Laser Tag

Laser tag is a fast paced game where players fire safe IR laser beams at each other in an attempt to achieve victory for their team. Each of our laser tag packages comes with everything you need to have an awesome party. Whether it's for a birthday,office party,anniversary or team building, we promise a great time. During the course of your party, guests will get to play a variety of laser tag games including team games, eliminator, protect the captain, free for all, parents vs kids (optional), etc.

Do you include staff to run the party?

Yes our game providers organize the games and help with the gear. We bring the staff to the party location and they manage the entire game. We have experienced staff who know how to manage small and large groups to maximize playing time and fun. Our staff reduces the stress so the party host can enjoy watching and playing during their event.
